what we collect.

When you join the list. Your email address, and your phone number and first name if you give them. You can also tell us which kinds of shows you want to hear about. We use this to send announcements, on-sales, and occasional offers.

When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, and what you write. We use it to answer you.

When you browse. Pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location by city, device and browser. This is collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It tells us which shows people are looking at. It does not tell us who you are by name.

When you buy a ticket. Checkout happens on See Tickets, not here. Your payment details never touch this site. See Tickets handles that data under their own privacy policy and shares order information with us as the promoter.

text messages.

If you give us your phone number and check the box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from metta about new events, ticket on-sales, and discounts. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

who we share it with.

A small number of services run the site and the list. They only get what they need.

• Hive, for the mailing list and text messages.
• See Tickets, for ticketing and checkout.
• Google, for analytics and tag management.
• Meta, for ad measurement.
• Rocket.net and Cloudflare, for hosting and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

cookies.

The site sets cookies to keep it working and to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete them in your browser. The site still works if you do.

how long we keep it.

List data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages stay while we need them to answer you. Analytics follows Google’s and Meta’s own retention settings.

your choices.

Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any message. Stop texts by replying STOP. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, use the contact page and we will take care of it.

children.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Age requirements for each show are listed on that show’s page.

If this changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
