ticket policy.
The rules for every metta show, including shows presented by audiophile and rise up live. Anything specific to a show is on that show’s page, and the show page wins if the two disagree.
refunds and exchanges.
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange for a change of plans, travel trouble, or missing the set you came for.
If a show is cancelled, the face value of your ticket is refunded to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask. Refunds are processed by See Tickets and take a few business days to land.
If a show is postponed or the date moves, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, contact us and we will sort it out.
A lineup change is not grounds for a refund. Support acts and set times can change without notice.
weather.
Open-air shows run rain or shine. Bring a layer.
We only stop for weather that makes the site unsafe, usually lightning or high wind. If we pause, stay where staff direct you and wait for the all clear. If a show has to end early after it has started, tickets are not refunded. If we cancel before doors, the terms above apply.
age and id.
Age limits are set per show. They are printed on the show page and on your ticket, so check before you buy.
Bring a valid government photo ID. We check at the door for every show with an age limit and for anyone buying alcohol. No ID means no entry, and that is not a refund.
getting in.
Your ticket is the QR code in your See Tickets order. Screenshots work. Have it ready before you reach the door.
Doors and set times are on the show page. Set times can move. If you are coming for one artist, get there early.
transfers.
Tickets can be transferred through your See Tickets account. Sign in, open the order, and send the ticket to the person going. Do that rather than forwarding a screenshot, so only one code is live.
Buy from See Tickets or from a link on this site. Tickets bought from resellers or strangers on social media are often already scanned, and we cannot help you at the door. That is the one thing we genuinely cannot fix.
what to leave at home.
No weapons, no illegal substances, no outside food or drink, no professional cameras or recording rigs, no drones, no laser pointers. Bag policy and size limits are posted on the show page for open-air events. Everyone is subject to search at the door.
Phones are fine. Film the drop if you want. Just look up for some of it.
how we expect people to act.
Look after the person next to you. Ask first, every time. If someone is in trouble, tell the nearest staff member.
Harassment, fighting, or making the floor unsafe gets you removed without a refund. There is no warning system for that.
photography.
Our photographers shoot every show. By coming in, you agree that we may use footage and photos that include you for metta’s own promotion. If you would rather not appear, tell us the show and the date on the contact page and we will take it down.
questions.
Order problems go to See Tickets first, they hold the order. Anything else, use the contact page.
